Lo crying non stop

Recently my 15 month Lo have been crying non stop with eyes close and holding tightly to his pillow. Fall asleep in my arm but when I wanted to put him down he will start to cry again. He will fall asleep while carrying. But doesn’t allow me to put down. Is this normal? It have happen 4 time this 2month

Hi Let your child choose their bedtime comanions -toys pillows even the color abd texture of the sheets ir blankets on their beds.
