Bad Hazzy Day

Ready bad haze here.. Mommies, do u have any tips for a pregnant lady to overcome this bad haze.. Wearing mask but still can smell the haze and office aircond also can smell the haze. Is it bad for the baby as im pregnant 5 months now.. Huhu
