Do you believe in self-care even though you're already a mom?

Yes, because self care is self love. How will I be able to take care of the people around me if I can't take good care of myself? Who will be the one they'll hold on to if I get sick? I'm getting enough rest and I let my kids understand that I have to take some me time when I need to. Always love yourself mom. And remember that if you're tired, it's okay to rest. 💕
