Pwede po bang enfamama or anmum nalang inumin instead of tablet vitamins like iron with folic acid?

Kung ang tanong is kung Pwede. Pwede naman, pero syempre ang the best for the baby is to give all the nutrients maternal milk + prenatal vitamins.
