I don't think so. Usually antibiotic talaga gamot dyan sis. If you want a natural way to cure it, you can drink buko juice, cranberry juice of lots of water pero I've never heard of makahiya. If you can, ask your midwife/OB po. Depende kasi sa result ng urinalysis if macucure naturally or via antibiotic eh.
