Depends on the area/school. Public school ako simula elementary, science high school, and state university. If maayos ang teacher to student ratio at facilities (lalo na mga banyo), walang problema sa public. Pero mukhang Ateneo si #1 kasi Atenista tatay 😂 si #2 baka Merriam or St. Paul.
