Hospitalization leave

My private gynae just said he will give me hospitalization leave as i am nearing my due date, but the paper I got actually indicates Medical Certificate, unfit for 6 days. Any idea if this is normal and will be counted as hospitalization leave by company HR? Thanks in advance!

It should state clearly as Hospitalization Leave. Or else HR will take it as MC. Sometimes the header will show MC but doctor will tick HL. Can refer to my picture for reference.
