Subchorionic hemorrhage

Hi! Is it possible for small subchorionic hemorrhage to disappear w/o complete best rest? Just duphaston 3x a day.

lost my baby last 2019 due to SCH pinagbedrest din ako nun pero since madami akong article na nababasa na hindi naman daw macucure ng pagbebedrest ang SCH and kusang nawawala mas naniwala ako sa article kaya sobra ang guilt ko.And now i'm pregnant again with our rainbow diagnosed again with SCH. Bedrest and pelvic rest po talaga ako + duphaston and isoxilan.better to be safe than sorry
