How much does it cost to raise a family of 5?

Is it possible to be a sahm if husband’s salary is only abt $4K before cpf? With 3 kids in tow. Plan to quit job when I move into new hse.

4k before cpf.. after cpf 3k .. neh~ 3k budget too tight for family of 5. It wont be enough. singapore everything expensive.
