TRYING TO CONCEIVE

Hello po, Just want to ask lang po if march 31 nagstart po period ko and end po ng april 3. When is the best day na magtry kami magconceive :(. Super gusto ko na po magkababy 🥺

Regular cycle ka ba? like yun consistent un days every month? if yes, try nyo po search ovulation tracker and pwede ka dn bumili sa pharmacy ng ovulation test kit. Para mas alam mo un day na most fertile kaw. If irreg naman ang cycle mo is medyo mahirap i track pero I would suggest after period magbilang ka ng 7 days lang then mag start na kayo mag contact, mas madalas mas okay then sabayan mo ng folic acid na din. Less sugar din sis. Iwas po stress and pray 🙂
