SCB, low heart rate, bleeding with cramps

hi po! just wanna ask if anyone had the same case as me. i am 6weeks 2 days preggy. i had spotting nung saturday then the next day lumala ung bleeding with blood clots. we went to the ER, the ob said closed pa naman daw cervix ko. the next day we went to my ob for a tvs. ang nakita sa tvs is ung gestational sac ko masyado nang low, dapat daw higher daw yun. tapos meron subchoronoid bleeding. then akala ni ob at first walang yolk sac and heartbeat. but eventually may nakita xa. meron yolk sac and HB pero 96 lang ung HB. sabi ni Oab we'll give it a week baka tumaas pa ung HB. but nung umuwi kami from OB sumakit maxado ung puson ko parang dysme na mas masakit and mas lumakas ung bleeding but hindi super lakas talag. but around 9pm nawala na ung pain and nag lessen ung bleeding. ngayon morning when i woke up no more pain. meron parin bleeding but di na maxado. huhu im really scared. i want to keep the baby. merob po ba same experience sakin dito? did the baby survive or nagmiscarriage talaga kayo?
