Iron with folic acid vitamins

Hello po do you still take folic acid pag 5months mommies?together with obimin and calcium?

28 weeks na po ako now and ang vitamins ko is ferrous with folic, mosvit and calvit. Calvit after lunch, mosvit after dinner and fericap before bedtime :)
