Hi po sino po dto 20 weeks pregnant hirap po dumumi sobrang tigas.... ano po ginawa nyo?

Before pregnancy constipated na ko, ngayon everyday or every other day. Minimum of 3L of water a day ako, then yung anmum lang, okay naman pagdumi ko.

drink plenty of water, me nkka 3 and half liters of water a day, 21 weeks n me, d nka experienced ng constipation. eat k din ng vegies and oatmeal.

Eat green leafy vegetable, 1 slice of ripe papaya would also help, prune juice pero ako di ko nagustuhan lasa😁✌️. Keep hydrated always.

Every other day po ang bowel movement ko ngayon. Inom ka lang po madaming tubig. 3liters of water everyday ang required for pregnant women.

20 weeks and 6 days here. Oatmeal with chia seeds sa umaga kinakain ko. 2-3 liters of water rin po daily. Very helpful. 😁

More water and fruits bhe like mangoes riped.. o kaya oranges.. ganyan kasi ginagawa ko since nahihirapan ako mag poo . .

Prune juice sis super effective.. everyday ka magbabawas at Cr na mismo mag aaya sayo walang kahirap hirap dumumi

Mamsh ganyan din ako before, effective yung papaya kain ka lang nun. Advise dn sakin ng OB ko yan. Palambot ng poops

Pagkakain nyo po ba ng papaya nakapoops agad kayo? Lumambot po ba xa? Dpa kc aq nakakaeat eh dpa dn makapoops.dko mapilit lumabas

Drink prune juice upon waking up in the morning. Then lots of water during the day. Oatmeal helps too.
