I changed my diet to wheat bread,brown rice and oatmeal. Tapos more water din. Naging okay na sya πŸ™‚

drink more water mumsh, lakad lakad kng kaya para gumalaw bituka tas kain ka mga high fiber.

More water and kumakain ako ng oatmeal everyday, its either in the morning or meryenda

Kain po kayo ng papaya and more gulay para di matigas dumumi then drink more water

Dati hirap din dumumi pero more water lang naging ok din πŸ‘

more water intake lang po tas oatmeal then minsan yogurtπŸ€—

Drink probiotics then more water and fruits lang

Drink plenty of water. Lalo na paggising.
