hello po mga mommies with experienced na! mag4 days na po ako nanganak now po ndi padin lumalabas yung gatas sa nipple ko pero namamaga na yung breast ko advise po ano need gawin?

hot compress momsh tas un nipple mu linisin mu maiiqi n bulak n may hot water (un kaya mu un init)
