Kung full amount na po ang narecieved mo, wala ka na po makukuha, yung requirements na hinihingi saiyo ay para mareimburse nila yung naiadvance mo na. Pero po depende sa sweldo ng employado may tinatawag po na Salary differential, meaning if ang salary po ay beyond dun na ibigay ni sss na max 70k based na revised maternity law. Apart from the expanded 105 leave days, another significant improvement in the law is payment of salary differential. Female workers in the private sector shall now receive full pay which consists of the SSS maternity benefit based on their average daily salary credit plus salary differential to be paid for by the employer, if any. yung requirements po kasi for mat 2 available lang after manganak like birth cert ni baby.they need that para maireimburse nila sa sss yung inadvance na benefit.

Ah okay po. So yung nakuha ko pala ngayon ayun na po yon

wala ka na makukuha since inadvance na nila. need nila yung mat 2 reqmts para makapag reimburse kay sss.
