Hi po mga Mamshies!! Based sa result ng sugar ko po mataas magrerepeat ako as per OB. Ano po ba ginawa nyo po para bumaba or maging normal yung result ng sugar nyo po?? Thank youu.

diet po mamsh 1 cup of rice po every meal then iwas na din sa sweets more tubig , ganyan din po kse saken
