Mataas ang sugar
Hi mga mommy, As per result of my OGTT medyo mataas daw po ang sugar level ko. would like to ask if ano po kaya ung pwede kong gawin para bumaba sya. Thank you

Healthy diet na mommy. Alam ko dapat may doctorโs recommendation sayo ng mga dapat mo kainin. Ako dati pinagmonitor din ng blood sugar level 3 times a day after eating. Less sa sugary food/less carbs, minimize eating processed food. Wag ka na magrice muna or less rice (shift to brown or red rice). Fruits and vegetables plus protein (one portion serving lang parati).

Hi mommy. Same case here before at my 7th month pregnancy. Diet lang mommy. More water. Brown rice, oatmeal and fish lang kinakain ko nun. ๐ Walang lasa. ๐
