Milk Duct

Hi po mga mamsh! Any tips for milk duct remedy? Nagtry na po ako hot compress, massage, and tried padede kay baby kaso most of the time walang lumalabas na gatas. Same with pump sobrang konti lang lumalabas. Pang 4 days n po ung clog hindi pa rin nawawala. 2 months baby.

Yes po, masakit nga lang. Effective po ba? Maybe im doing it the wrong way. Pero cge po itry ko po ulit.
