Clogged milk duct

A little help... Na-try ko na mag warm compress over the affected area, warm shower, massage, continue breastfeeding and mag pump ng milk. Medyo nabawasan yung engorgement pero may certain area padin na matigas. Any advice to fully remove the clog? Thank you in advance ?
