Question: first Trimester

Hi po, I'm on my 8 weeks of pregnancy na and nafefeel ko kasi na parang may pumipitik sa bandang puson ko till my pelvis area. Yung pain is mararate ko ng 3 out of 10. Naka bed rest po ako ngayon as advised ng Doctoe. Is this normal po and sino na po nakaramdam nito during first trimester?
