2nd month pregnant

Hi Mommies, I'm on my first trimester and currently on a bed rest, first because of hemorrhage and thank God nawala after taking meds, Kasi continuous bed rest due to contractions as per the transvi result. Any mommies po na nagkaron ng same situation? Any tips po pls.. thank you lovies!
