hi mommy! i'm not sure.. kasi yung sa anak ko present ang daddy nya upon filling out the details and signing nung affidavit since di pa kami kasal.. from what I've read here, you can only do something after na ma-file yung BC ni baby. magpa-process kayo ng affidavit to ligitimize your kid: https://ph.theasianparent.com/how-to-legitimize-an-illegitimate-child-after-marriage/. hope this somehow helps!
late register ang magiging birth certificate ng baby mo ganyan din sa akin noom hinintay ko umuwi si lip at pumunta kami sa municipyo para acknowledged niya at pirmahan ang birth certificate ng anak namin.. need talaga personal
