uti problemsss

hello po ask ko lang po at may naka icounter din like me. may uti daw po kasi ako sabi ng doktor. and 7 weeks palang itong pinagbubuntis ko kaya bawal pang gamutin. mag water lang daw with lemon and coconut juice. kailangan maagapan kasi baka mamiscarriage ako. i dont know what to do. please leave a comments. thank you ?

follow your ob, there are reasons why di ka na pinag antibiotic. your baby cannot handle it. drink kapo ng fresh buko juice, it cleanses your urine kasi diuretic sya. kaya iihi ka ng iihi. aside from that drink more water. donot put sugar on your buko, basta fresh. wag kana mag juice kahit anong juice maliban jan, no softdrinks, no salty foods. wag ka mag pantyliner it increases the risk, use cotton panty only. then make a habit of washing with a neutral ph soap or fem wash para di harmful sa normal flora ng skin mo sa vagi.. 😉

eat ka muna kasi kakabagin ka if empty ang tyan mo at nag buko ka. 😉 pati sa food mo bawas din ang maalat na ulam ☺️
