Urinary Tract Infection

I have a UTI. The doctor gave me an antibiotic, but I am afraid medicine alone won't work since I have it since then. I decided to drink coconut water as well and I am thinking if drinking cranberry juice is good as well to help cure my UTI. Is cranberry juice good for pregnant? Thanks.
