hello po anemic dw po q sabi ng midwife ng health center namin.. Sabi nya po kasi iTake q po dw yung vitamins q twice a day.. Yung vitamins q po ferrous+folic acid+vitamin b complex. ..tsaka sabayan q dw ng vitamins c kahit anung brand pde.. Pde po ba yun?
