How hard is it to give birth the second time around?

every pregnancy is different. with my first, it went smoothly until delivery day when he just wouldn't come out and i had to have emergency CS already. five years later, with my second child, it was a super difficult pregnancy. i had a lot of complications. i delivered pre-term at 32 weeks. baby had to stay in NICU.
