Endometrial Cyst during Pregnancy

Any of you here have endometrial cyst and are pregnant at the same time? What is the size of your cyst and what is the advice of your OB-gyne? Is it really safe to undergo removal of the cyst during pregnancy? Please let me hear your story. Thank you.

Is it same with polyps? I have it and per ob, i should undergo CS then she'll remove the polyps after I give birth.
