Yogurt for 7.5months old infant

If you can't find fage, you can go for others maybe like chobani.. most importantly just look for whole milk/full fat yogurt and no added sugars. Greek style yogurt and greek yogurt are 2 different types too.. at this age, best to go for plain greek yogurt, don't get those flavoured ones. Just serve it plain, or with chopped fruits.

Redmart, ntuc finest! Sometimes I add in chopped fruits like raspberries, wolfberries, plum. Or even organic peanut butter, cause they can't take PB on it's own. Otherwise I'll use it as a dip too, for carrot or cucumber sticks.
