Cheese & Yogurt for infant

Hello mummies! May I know if I can feed cheese/yogurt to my soon to be 9 mths old infant? Can I just give the 2 just like that to him? If yes, may I know which type can I give? #advicepls

For yogurt, there are some kid friendly ones in the market.. otherwise try Greek yogurt. For cheese, go for something less salt. Maybe mozzarella?
