Positive sa PT no sac found in transV

Please Help Need advice! July 13 LMP ko.. Irregular menstruation minsan 3months bago magkaron, Pcos diagnosed before! Pero nagbago ang lahat! August 11 nag spotting ako akala ko tuloy tuloy na regla, once lang yun. Then masakit ang boobs ko parang mabigat na ewan. I decided to take PT. Positive faint line. August 21 takes PT again positive mejo malinaw na 2nd line, August 27 nag spotting up to now. Yesterday pumunta sa ER nag test ng PT positive. Advice magpa trans V. Walang nakitang sac as per OB may marks ng pregnant due to corpus luteum na nakita wait for 2 weeks pa, pero yung spotting ko continues pa din until now. Taking Duphaston for 3x a day. Sino po meron same case dito nag spotting pa din but still nabuo naman ang baby? Ps: update transV ko wala na po ako PCOS.
