Possible Miscarriage?

Please dont judge me. Last week nag PT ako and turns out it was positive. I have an appointment with my ob by friday. Kaso since yesterday, grabe yung cramps ko, then may bleeding. Today, whole day ako nag bleed nakapuno ako ng 1 pad. Then later this evening, may lumabas sakin na blood clot na ganto. Inopen ko yung clot wala naman laman. Possible miscarriage ba to? :(

Pacheck up agad mamsh, dapat di mo na pinaabot na mapuno yung pad 🤦 Emergency na po yan. Kamusta po kayo?

mam, kung kayo nasa lugar namin mas gugustuhin niyong magpahinga sa bahay at humiga kaysa bumyahe sa malubak na daan dito sa conchu trece, sobrang tagtag ng daan kasi ginagawa yung mga kalsada, bago makalabas ng subdivision 20~30 mins na byahe ng tricycle, which is obviously mas makakasama so nag bed rest ako dahil takot akong matuluyan. pls lang, kung hindi mo sasagutin yung tanong shut up nalang kasi this question is not for you.
