Confused

i have been experiencing nausea and sleeping a lot lately, i crave for foods too, but yesterday i missed my period and today i bleed not to much on my pad but everytike i pee i bleed a lot, what does that mean? isnt it implantation bleeding? i experience miles cramps then it gets stronger cramps, please help
