confuse

i took 3 pt last week. i had 2 positive last tuesday then, wednesday morning i got negative result. my last period was on january 25. i went to my OB and she requested me to undergo TVS. dabi ng dr. wala pang makita kasi too early then, friday i saw some spotting. Saturday, lumakas yung dugo with some clot. is it normal? with the same day i used pt and i got negative. what should i do? nakunan ba ako?
