Certificate of non-advancement of SSS maternity benefit

Hi. Pinahihingi po ako ni SSS ng Certificate of Separation, Non-cash Advancement of Maternity Benefits and L501. What if po hindi ako mabigyan niyan ng dati kong employer? What should I do next? I badly need your help. Thank you so much!
