Di ko po maintindihan yung first med, pero yung second po ay ferrous sulfate + folic acid na ang brand ay Iberet 😊

Multivitamins- 30 capsule (Evening) Ferrus Sulfate + Folic Acid- 30 capsule (morning) .. Once a day po lahat 😊
