Is he cheating? or is it just me being praning?

my partner and i are not in a long distance relationship however we don't see each other a lot this time compared before. we communicate through chat or text and see each other very often. now, i feel like he doesnt want to talk to me, mostly at times when i needed his comfort and attention. parang walang gana tapos pag magagalit ako, magagalit nadin sya until we dont talk to each other anymore for like days or weeks.
