making passport for newborn LO

hi parents. just checking if anyone of you have experience in making passport of infants, as my wife will be doing her confinement in malaysia. i have called ICA and understand that we need for following before going down to ICA building 1) passport photo with white background. eyes opened 2) cash/nets for payment 3) birth certificate 4) parents NRIC 5) presence of newborn baby they also informed me that if we talk to the ICA officer they are able to expedite the request and possibly get it on the day itself?? did anyone manage to do that?

Last time we did it via online. But you need to capture baby when he is awake. We put A4 paper behind his head as background. Then cropped the size then upload. I forgot the processing time already. But I do remember you need to bring your newborn at ICA in person to collect the passport. Do call ICA to expedite your case. Tell them your reason and I believe they would help.
