Para sa mga experienced mommies, ano'ng advice n'yo sa 1st time moms para makapag-labor nang matiwasay?

While waiting for the big day, sipag sipagan ang pag eexercise mga ses. Sa totoo lang, hindi sapat ang walking at squatting lang. Try Malasana pose also. Do it a few times everyday for 5 minutes or as long as kaya mo. And start early! Wag mo na hintayin na umabot ka muna ng 37 weeks bago mo gawin to cause its safe for pregnant women. I wish I did it earlier in my pregnancy kasi kung ginawa ko yun ng mas maaga, wala sana akong tahi. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Pero keri lang as long as na normal ko naman. Kaya mga ses, sipagan nyo talaga mag exercise, para manormal nyo (mas maganda kung walang punit ๐Ÿ˜Œ) Kayang kaya nyo yan mga ses! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’–

Hi ses. I started when I was 28 weeks pero once a day ko lang gingawa nun. pag patak ng 35 weeks saka ko ginawang 3 times a day 3 minutes each. If you can do more, and longer much better ses. ๐Ÿ˜‰
