Overweight ka ba momsh? Kasi normal naman sating mga preggy na mag gain talaga ng weight ngayon since may baby na sa loob. Siguro, usual pa rin. Eat healthy snacks more on fruits and veggies and protein. Avoid junk foods, fast foods and sodas(pwede basta in moderation). Eat frequently but in small portion lang. Water muna before kumain para medyo full kana. Don't eat when bored if want mo maybe you can opt to have peanuts nalang atleast healthy pa. 😊

Magbasa pa

Nako wag ka po magpapayat habang buntis ka mommy! Baka hindi po maganda ang effect sa baby inside your womb. Kailangan po kasi ng complete na vitamins at nutriets ng mga baby habang nasa loob natin. Proper diet ka lang, more water and less rice. Saka ka na po magpapayat at magdiet after mo manganak 😊

Magbasa pa

Bawasan mo ang rice mo, wag lang to the point na gugutumin mo ang sarili mo. Dpat more on fruits and veggies ka. Pwede ka mag oatmeal, may fiber yun makakatulong sa pagpoop mo.
