Marami po eh. Sa pagfile ng mat 1 nyo po, ultrasound at ultrasound report. Ung sss notification eme. 2 photocopies of valid ids with 3 signatures each tapos ob history.

kailangan po meron hulog yung past months mo kasi dun po bibilangin yung magiging pay out ng maternity benefit mo.

May hulog na po yun sa privious job ko, then may work po ako until now mag 4months na po baby ko balak ko na po sana asikasohin agad about jan para di hussle.
