pano malalaman kung bumalik na yung menstration? ebf ako kay baby and turning 9 months na sya. And i have spotting. is this normal?

At first, spotting lang din based on experience. On and off for 3 days then tsaka ng ung actual menstruation. There are times though na ilang days lang sya, unlike ung usual mo before giving birth. I also exclusively breastfed my babies, so around 11 months na si baby nung bumalik menstruation ko.
