constipation in ebf baby

hello mommies.. i have an ebf baby turning 5 mos this week. very clay-like ung stool nya and hirap sya mag poop. ano kayang possible foods na kinakaen ng bfeeding mom n nkaka caue ng constipation s baby? thank you!

massage nio po lagi ang tummy n baby para po mas mging ok ang pag dumi nia..gnyan din po ang baby q ebf po aq 3x a week lng cia mag poop..
