Since nagtatake ka naman ng prenatal vitamins daily, I think it will suffice. Opt for healthy option and alternatives nalang like if you're craving for something sweet, eat an apple instead basta ganon you get the idea. If sobrang nagccrave ka talaga, tikim tikim is fine din naman. Hirap din talaga kasi magpigil sa totoo lang. 😂
Nope...ako lahat ng cravings ko hnd ko nakain kc mataas sugar ko..wala nman effect kay baby nanganak na ako..pamahiin lang yun..
