In my experience, Dapat lagi ako may kausap, my kasalitan sa pag alaga.. tamang pahinga.. and dpt meronf "me time" atleast once evry 2wks or a month.. lumabas ksma barkada na wla si baby, iwan muna kay daddy or sa grandparents kht 1-2hrs lng.. nkakaburnout din kasi tlga maging new mommy which usually causes PPD. Kaya dapat balanced - ME time + constant socialization with other ppl (positive ppl wag mga negatron) + bonding lagi si baby :)
