Once a cheat always a cheat? What's everyone's opinion

If a person already cheat you, it already shows that he/she don't love you 100%.. And if someone don't love you to 100% it will repeat in the future again, it just need to be the "right" woman/man to be there again.. Once a cheater, always a cheater..
