Carbs pa din po ang biscuits and usually mataas ang sugar content. Try mo oatmeal, beneficial pa kasi nakakaincrease ng milk production.
Actually d din effective ang biscuits for diet, kasi carbs parin. Just drink more water po, and try oatmeal.
