Pregnancy weight

I am eating the same amount I used to do before pregnancy. Yet I still gain weight. Tama ba na mag diet ako? Currently on my 7th month pregnancy. My OB keeps reminding me to lessen my rice.. In fact, I don't eat rice na during breakfast and/or lunch. Konting biscuit-biscuit nalang pag medjo gutom na talaga masyado or fruits na tama lang malamnan ang tiyan. one or half cup of rice nalang din kinakain ko pag dinner..

better to change your routine. mas importante ang bfast,kaya dun ka kumain ng rice. kase maghapon mo need ng energy padin. mag consult ka sa OB mo baka may maisuggest sya sayong meal plan din mi. ☺️

nagsuggest po b si ob n mag undergo kayo ng diet? ako kasi ndi nakadepende po kasi sa laki ng bata ung diet hindi sa laki ng timbang nyo as long as it does not affect your pregnancy

maigi na mag diet ka mami, pero siguraduhin mong hindi gutom si baby sa loob ng tummy kasi lalaki pa si baby mami bago ka magdeliver.
