OMAD (Once Meal A Day)

Ok lang kaya na OMAD ako? Yun lang kaya ko eh, pero complete vits naman ako and pinipilit ko magmilk

No mommy, need ni baby yung nutrience na makukuha sa food intake mo, di mo naman need kumain ng madami basta wag ka papalipas ng gutom and eat ka ng gulay at fruits

Kung pregnant ka or breastfeeding, big NO. Kahit complete vitamins ka pa, need ng baby ng sapat na nutrition from real food.
