Is it normal not to have appetite to eat certain food when u know it’s actually good for u? I can’t see raw meat (beef) and I don’t feel like having them although i know it’s good cos have high amount of iron! Can substitute with other animal protein (salmon) too but I just don’t feel like having any of them, help pls??

The nausea and loss of appetite are very common in pregnancy. Eat what you can, look for non meat alternatives eg. Spinach if you need, and take pre-natal vitamins if you feel that you’re not getting enough nutrients through your food:) don’t stress. There’s always a solution.
